This doesn't always work but it is worth a shot! first kill 5 gangsers, take there weapons and then steal a car and reduce your wanted level. then stop another car, take th driver out and either let them run away or shoot them. the put the cars so the are touching. then light one in fire and right when it blows up, (before u die get in the other car. if it works, wich it rarely does, u will have full life, well u will have none but u cant be killed and some times cops just stand there nomater what u do.
