Where is the best place to get money

How do i get through the sealed stone at lighthouse on the first floor? Also, how do i get pet? I really want a pet but i cant get free platinim :(

How do i sell items or get rid of items i dont need? I have so many items i won't use and i can't get items i need because i have no room.

theres alot of training places for each lvl!! but i think

1-3 lvls :the kooii area
4-6 lvls : dongury area and wild boars
7-8 lvl :flowers, mushrooms and swamp boars
9-10 lvls : spiders
11-12 lvls: mushroom spore and beach- crabs and sandmans
13-14 lvls : ...
