travle south of that port town into the forest then go th that kinda platou in the middle
of the feild and hang a right to the side then go up

When you go down from moiser, go into the morrita forest and go right until you reach that
cliff, go down, then go right some more until you see an open space at the right side of
your screen. There will also be a sign, and you can read that to show that if you go any
more right, you will reach the labino mountains.
