I don't believe you can. Usually you would need to be able to buy stairs in order to add
another floor but there are no stairs in the inventory to be purchased. The Sims for
iPhone is limited vs. pc or console versions.

i dont think u can get more then 2 kids but im tryin anyway! and if it says spouse that
means ur married and your husband/wife doesnt count as ur friend
