OK THIS CHEAT MIGHT NOT WORK BUT IT'S WORTH A TRY. I did it and it did work for me. If it doesn't work, DON'T BLAME ME!!! I didn't write this cheat. OK this is it.
To make a perfect snowman you have to make the bottom part as big as your player. The top part make it as big as your players head. I'm sorry if it doesn't work peoples.
So don't be like I'm gonna kill you

the snowman thing....yeah what you have to do is make to bottom as big as you and the head just almost as big but not to big, like 4/5 of the size of the bottom
