There is no Golden Timer. I collected a FULL list of every item which is able to obtain in ACWW and a Golden Timer is not included. Even that, I talked to Tortimer in a holiday and he just raved on about acitivties at stuff.

There is no golden timer, but there is a golden axe.
If you get a Red Turnip give it to Wendell. If Wendell gives you a Turban, give it to Saharah. She'll give you a Massage Chair. Give that to Tortimer the next day. He gives you the Seashell. Give it to Pascal. Taa-daa! Your Golden Axe!
If Wendell gave you a Country Guitar, give that to K.K. Slider for K.K.'s pic. If you get the Red Vase, give that to Crazy Redd and he gives you a Safe. Give the Safe to Tom Nook for Tom Nook's pic.
