These are special characters:
Blanca: Appears after you use wi-fi.Can draw on her face and see what others draw.
Rover:Occasionally appears in the roost.In search of Blanca. Also appears in Tag Mode
Resetti:Annoying mole that appaers turn off without saving
Taxi driver:Occasionally appears in Roost.(Pervert) Also appears when you make a new character or move.
Gracie:Fashion giraffe. Appears in random day.
UFO:Appears random day.(in sky)Can shoot
Pete: The bird that flies in the sky on a random day can shoot
Katina:Fortune telling cat that appears on a random day.
Redd: Rare furniture seller. Appears the day you talk to Llye about.
Llye:Insurance seller. Random day(chases you)
Dr Shurnk: Expression giver. Random day.
Bees: Shake a tree, run or catch them!!(beehive)
Pascal: A beaver that appears on the beach on a random day[url=http://www.pokeplushies.com/feed/581987][/url].
Bees:Shake a tree, run or catch them!
Other:
Snowman: Make 1 snowman

Lyle doesnt come on random days.Well maby for you but for me he comes every Saturday...

For me Lyle comes on Saturdays but on my other ACWW he comes on Wednesdays.

You said on how to get a painting you can get from Redd(correct), Tom Nook(correct), dig up(WRONG)! You can't dig up paintings. Unless you can hack yourself you get one.

Because on all Animal Crossing: Wild World DS Games, Lyle only comes on Saturdays. If you don't talk to him on the Saturday about when Redd should come over, Redd will come over on the same day you asked before. For example if you said Thursday, then you didn't talk to Lyle the next Saturday, then Redd will still come on Thursday until you change the day talking to Lyle. I don't know about Animal Crossing: City Folk on Wii. I mean, the time Lyle comes, I don't know.- :sry Sorry for the long comment. I just like to type! - :red

@gamer888, on ac city folk, he doesn't give insurance! He's chairman of the hra in the city! And you go to redd's in the city too, but you can't access him without an invitation from an animal in your town. Did that help you?

Pokegal but i forgot their names but one a camal that you have to diliver stuff for her then she gives you a choice of rare carpet or wall and their's this warthog that comes on sundays(or a pig i don't know what species she is) that sells turnips both red and white(you can sell at tom nooks but not on sundays)red turnip cost alot if youkeep on watering the whole week!
