you bury the shovel and 24 hours then unbury it
for the golden slingshot you have to shoot 15 things from the sky and the 15th or 16th is

for the golden net you have to catch all the bugs at least once
for the golden fishing rod you have to catch all the fish at least once
for the golden watering can you have to look after the town for sixteen days. i think.
