You buy it off of tom nook and its 500 dollars ok unless a friend gives u a shovel or find
one in the lost and found the lost and found is in the main gate you go to that bulldog
and he will say wat can i do for u and u say something lost and this box will pop up and
take wat ever is in there or you can get the shovel from the boondox witch u can get in
the town hall when u walk in the town hall there will be this box that has a skelton of a
fish click on that and it will say whens the pikk up and every thing and u click that
arrow and then a box will come up get everything outter there and it might have a shovel
