Dr.Shrunk walk on random days each month and when you first see him you get your first
emotion.When you see him the second time and when its your turn to speak touch "I'm in a
slump" and then after a little bit of talking he will let choose an emotion when you see
him do that emotion tap him and you will have learnt that emotion. P.S. You can only keep
4 emotions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a random day.the first time you talk to him he will give you blush then the second time he
comes to your town you can choose any time of emotion that it listed there
