So you have trouble with paying your mortage, eh? Well I have solutions! Just follow the
steps below on each paragraph:
Action Replay DS Solution:
For this cheat you need to buy Action Replay DS at Walmart or any electronic store and the
base price for this great device is $20.00 or less. Then once you have it, insert it in
your DS' Nintendo game cart slot then put in your AC game in AR. Please read directions
before using Action Replay; its very complicated and can easily mess up or scratch your
game cart's data file. Once you've inserted AR and turned on your Ds, a screen should
apear with 4 main options. Click the * on the bottom left and a list of cheats should
apear. Now if you want to pay your mortage off by making it only 1 bell, then select the
"Mortage Cost 1 Bell" cheat. But then for those who want lots of money and to pay off
their mortage, just choose "Jay FNG's ULTIMATE WEED CODE" and then two choices should
apear. Chose the one that says "Press L+R to Change Weeds to Bells" and when you start
your game and press L and R, all your weeds should turn to 69,000 bells. This cheat is
great for those who have lots of weeds and dont have much money.
NOTE: If you selected the Mortage Cost 1 Bell cheat, please make sure you know that when
you have a new mortage, you have to do the process all over again on Action Replay.
Non-Action Replay Solution:
For those who don't have AR, there is still hope! Gather lots of seashells, fruits, and
other various objects and sell them. Save money for a while in your saving acount and by
the end of let's say a month or so and you'll have your loan paid off. It's easy as 123
and... infact its easier.

P.S. I have been hearing those secrets about "Change the year to 2099" and something like
that. Recently, people have been complaining that they did not work and all they got were
weeds. I've tried it and it didn't work. My brother tried it and it didn't work. So don't
do this cheat please. Unless you like picking weeds or you have Action Replay DS! ;)
