Golden Bug Net
Catch every type of bug once
Golden Fishing Rod
catch every type of fish once
Golden Shovel
Bury a regular shovel in the ground, and
then dig it up a full day after
Golden Slingshot
Shoot 15 items out of the sky, then you get
it if you shoot it down

You find the Scallop sea shell on the beach if you keep looking everyday. And he hangs around near the sea and he is not there for long. So like keep looking for the shell everyday - :)
