how do you beat that woman that uses body bending on toph sokka and that prisoner. it hard!!

my qustion is the title. i have been plaing this game for almost 6 months and i can not find a way to beat her. what do i do? please ^.^

Catch the water that she throws at you and hit her back with it.
When this is done, you can body bend her into the cage at the right.
