How do you work out the maths triangles I have tried all the formulaes but can not suss how you do it

I got the answer


when it says like 7 + 5 + 8 first add 7 + 5 which is 12 then add 4 + 8 which is 12 and under the 2 circles if it has a + sign then add 12 + 12 which is 24 (for subtract signs (-) just subtract instead of add (+)
