On mission ten if you try to cut that belt then your scissors will break. So you'll have to use the scissors as much as you can before you have to break them. First you have to cut the thing off the mop in the pizza place and also grab the pizza pan. While you're getting the discuises you have to go to the stage and get that beard in front of the costume trunk. Then you have to paint that fake beard black. Give the discuises to Dot and you will start moving around penguins to balence the island. Now after you answer G's phone call you have to go to the pool inside of that cover thingy behind Dot. Get the life preserver. Go through the door and get that infloatable whale. Then you ahve to go the Ski Village and go to the Ski lodge. Go upstairs and cut the ropes with your scissors. Grab the infloatable octopus. At the Ski Village you will see a ducky thing. Grab that. Then go to the gift shop and get those blue shoe things and the life vest. Go upstairs and get the tape. Now go to the iceberg and get the super helium. You will play the mini game and the island will be balenced again. Now go to the Ski Village. Talk to Herbert and Jet Pack Guy until you get to the part when Herbert agrees to help you. Finally the moment of truth. Try to cut the belt with your scissors. After your scissors break Klutzy will cut the belt. Use the purple puffle to blow a bubble around Klutzy. I normally get stuck after I fix the baloon with tape and super helium.
