I have gathered all the evidence and am stuck. I compare and have a confirmed match with fingerprints, how do I solve and get warant to arrest a suspect,and go onto next case?

How do you fix the spring?

How do you re***emble the spring once you have it. I have one part off the bike and there is one in the bin of the trailer that I cant get hold of.Is that the one or is it somewhere else ?

I have found one piece of the spring in the bin of the trailer but reading other questions it seems there is another one to find. Please help as I cant find it!
Also, i cant get a warrant for Cory. Any suggestions?
