If you want increase your max level its kind of a drag but if you want to increase your
max level you need to degenerate your currant digimon back to a gatomon and back even
further if you have to. than digivolve it back up to angewomon you should have achieved
your max level or at least increased it, if you didn't get your max level repeat the
process again. for instance I wanted to get my MIRAGE GAOGAMON to lv 99 so I degenerated
it many times its attack defense spirit aptitude are now as the following 869 901 892 923
and it's aptitude is 198 now its a really sick miragegaogamon burst mode note: for future
reference to get miragegaogamon burst mode you need to DNA digivolve a miragegoagamon and
vikemon you could find vikemon at acess glacier. Im new to this website but my experience
with the game isnt Im a platinum tamer and i have calumon its a legendary digimon found by
beating the platinum tamer test after that go to seraphimon at the shinecenter there you
will get your final mission. when you complete the mission you get 999 percent scan data
on calumon I hope this info helped.

You can either do the long way (degenerate and digivolve)
or you can DNA digivolve it,

you have to degenerate it and then its apptitude goes up .its apptitude is what lvl it
goes up to so if you run in to this problem again just degenerate it and its apptitude
