I bought a used Elite Beat Agents game and it has saved data on it. How do I erase the data?

Hi, I just started the game and it's really great. But because I'm a beginner (this might sound pretty easy for you guys), I'm having trouble in my two newest missions in the BREEZIN' mode ( ep. 13 : rags to riches! go west, wildcatter! and ep. 14 : batter up!...

For some reason, some song in Hard Rock! where easier then songs in Swaetin' mode. I don't know why that is but maybe its because im better at the faster stuff... (Ex. "Your the Insperation", "Rock this Town","Jumping Jack Flash" (still very hard) etc.)

I want to know who sings Jumpin' Jack Flash on the game. I know the origional is The Rolling Stones, but it sounds nothing like the one on the game. also, does anyone have any hints for that same song on Sweatin'? I can't get past it. (I DO NOT WANT ACTION REP...
