This boss is like the easiest boss ever fought. There are two ways you can actually kill him, the hard way or the easy way.

The hard way is to slash away by using the two equipped swords or knives. When your HP is low just use potion and repeat these steps. (This is only for if you want to save Antarctic Wind for some other bosses)

The easy way is to use Antarctic Wind twice. If it doesn't kill it twice slash away and say good-bye to the Land Turtle.
