by hump_jojo Dec 22, 2010
There are four final crowns at the tops of four towers: Tower 1: North of Horne, and the Witches manor. Tower 2: Look on the map, in the water area, south of Invidia and north of Tower 1, there is Tower 2, you'll have to take your ship to get to it. Tower 3: Located in the town of Liberte, on your boat at the northern most part of the town Tower 4: Located on the landmass in the north-east around Spelvia. All of the towers are locked by gold locks that takes a key that you recieve from Rolan late in the game. The four secret crowns are: Ninja Special Ability - Encounter fewer enemies The abilities you'll learn as you level up the crown allow you to better evade your enemies. Sage Special Ability - Enhance the effects of white and black Magic The abilities you'll learn as you level up the crown will allow you to lower the cost of Black AND white magic by 1 Scribe Special Ability - Grow more powerful the more time you spend playing The abilities you'll learn as you level up the crown will be based on time damage dealt by the time you've played, healing allies health based on crown levels, etc... BeAt Down Belphegor
by tkessel1 Dec 22, 2010
Here's a the strategy to put Belphegor in his place. Characters, Crowns, Stats and Abilities
Start of your battle by having Brandt guard and Yunita using Motet (The Boost command is the same as guarding in this game) Jusqua needs to cast Blizzard on the first cube. The most annoying thing about this boss fight is that Belphegor and all three cubes change their elemental weakness to one of the three aforementioned spells after each time you hit them with their weakness. They ALL start out weak against Blizzard. Aire needs to use Healthgiver. Now watch their moves on the next turn carefully. If the cube you hit uses Aero magic, it's weak to fire, if it uses Water/Blizzard it's weak to Aero magic, if it uses Fire, it's weak to Water Blizzard. That's the basis of this fight, you're going to have to constantly watch and pick your spells carefully. This entire fight is fought with spells only, more or less. When you start taking damage, have Brandt cast Cure, Yunita cast Cure, Jusqua attack with the opposing element, and Aire cast Cure. Your next turn should be somewhat the same, except Brandt should cast Cure again, Yunita should use boost, Jusqua attack with the opposing element, and Aire use Healthgiver. The battle, in a nutshell:
