At the end of the game u go to the professer next to him is a telaportor then u talk to him follow his instructions and when ur done u can go back when u were fighting all 3 of them then u have to kill them and then it says all 3 of them r in ur pc whatever its called hope u have fun:)

Not really. The three brains might be the last boss for the main story but not for the whole game.
