You must become friends with Glen(?).It is either on saturday or sunday but u visit him
first thing in the morning. A cut scene will happen and you will get the fishing pole

The Fishing Pole is acquired from Galen. Visit his house when he is inside on a Saturday
between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. He will give you his old Fishing Pole at the beginning
standard level. Make sure that you don't have anything equipped in the colored slots of
your Rucksack else you won't activate the event.

go to galen's home between 10-11
you dont have tool in your rucksack
you entry galen's home.
you hear the conversation of Galen and Nina then you will get fishing pole

Actually galen is the old guy where you can get the fishing pole from. He has no basement
at his house.
Daryll on the other hand is the crazy mad scientist and the one who captured the mermaid
namely leila. You can be friends with him if you give him separately 30pcs of weed
grasses.

On the only day of saturday, go to galen's house at exactly 00:00 (noon). By doing so, it
will trigger an event of giving you his father's old fishing pole in which can be upgraded
by gray. But, if can't go in, try waiting until it's 0:10 or 0:20. But if still does not
work, try doing this on another saturnay noon.
