Not sure if you ever found out, but here's the answer:

Your bazaar needs to be at at least 25% (upgraded once). This isn't too hard to do, I
managed to do it by the end of my first spring. From what I'm told, it's not if you meet
the Bazaar goals, but rather how much money you yourself make at the Bazaar total (not
just in one sitting). I'm not sure of the amount, but it's lowish.

After that, one of the new stalls will have a "furniture guy". His stall is on the right
of the screen, just to the left of Lloyd's ore stall, and to the right of Raul's stall. He
will only be selling one thing: a "bigger" bed, for 10,000g. You HAVE to have this bed in
order to get married, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. After you get this, I assume you
should be able to marry Amir quite quickly.

Another way to get money if u dont have money for the bed use cheats go get an AR from
game stop and look it up on Google.AR is action replay.just ask the person at counter

I have Angelo at 9 hearts & he won't accept the blue feather & I have the bigger bed, how
do I marry him??

if you want to marry Angelo you have to a get red heart all 10 friendship hearts bigger

Ivan`s friendship is full.but he doesn`t accept the blue feather.i brought a big bed.and
every time i give him the blue feather it kept on saying women seem to want to marry
