 Plz someone help I am stuck badly on d 70's outfit bit where ur meant 2 make an retro shirt or sweater and bell bottomed pants but all d time i finish it, the dressing is incorrect and it says "d tops items aren't quite right" plz help me with the 70's outfit PLEASE!

 i been trying to add clothing and shoes to my collection, but a thing keeps popping up saying my collection is full, im supposed to have 15 garments in my collection, so i checked my collection and i only have five pieces of clothing. i tried deleting some of my clothing but it still says my collection is full. im very annoyed. what should i do?
