when you rescue crane before your just about to save him there is a level and you have to turn on this platform thingy so it moves and theres these 3 bird that you have to get past to the other side! I can get to the deoor but it's not open! how do i open it?

i'm stuck at the end of the wudang mountains, the place where your supposed to exit. the door won't open and the platform your supposed to get on to of, is really hard to reach... how do i solve this problem???
