i'm stuck on that level aswell

you have to pull the block toward you but you have to go at it at an angle.

im doing it now but i get caught all the time

I fluked it a did level!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u have to push it forwaed a little bit before u can pull it back

I always get caught is there a trick to it

That helped! I'm past Filch now!

run up to near the fire crab and approach the block. if you do it fast enough it should
work.

when filtch looks away, pull the statue backward as far as it goes and peeves will help
you get past!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you hav 2 try a few times to pull the bloody baron statue back but then when it gets all
the way back peeves ad bloody baron help u get p[ast filch. hope this helps :]

what they are saying is right im stuck on the basklisk

Just go up to the statue ( a few steps back from it) and tap it. You'll automatically hold
onto the statue and Filch won't see you!! Then you can proceed.

go up to the statue, but stop a few steps short of it, where filch wont see you
then tap it and drag back, and your character will pull it back and filch wont see you!
tap it again once you get to the end of the path then push it onto the darker grey spot
and the bloody baron will come and help you get past filch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm up to the bit where you have to move the statue, and Filch is there, in the Slytherin
comen room .....do any of you know how to get passed him?? I've tried all your advice and

Use your stylis to drag the statue back when filch isnt looking. Then youll see a ghost
who makes peeves chase filch away.

I've been stuck on that level for a long time. I followed you advice and it worked! Just a
heads up to people who don't get the whole "on an angle" buisness what you do is go up
behind the statue but *not on the side that filch is on* stand a tiny bit back and then
tap the statue. Then with your stylis, move back (away from filch), as if you where
walking back. Go back as far as you can go. Then, push the statue to the side, following
the blocks on the floor. At this point, bloody baron should appear, and send peeves to
destract filch. As for the angle part, i believe that is refering to going from the crack
in the wall where the fire crab is, to behind the statue (again on the opposite side of
filch) when he's not looking before you push. This should allow you to successfuly pull
back the statue. But remember: stand a bit back from the statue not right up against it or
filch will see you. I sugest going back a little bit more than you would try first, and if
it doesn't work, go closer. After all, if you on this website looking at this, then you
probably been stuck for a very long time, and are extremly annoyed when you have to start
over. Therefore i think you can appreciate that it's better to stand way back and reajust
a little, than to stand too close and have to constantly restart. I also suggest writing
down these instructions, whichever ones you choose to use.
