Have you tried using ron and the deluminator to light up a candle near the devils snare?
(and if there is need, lowering/raising the torch with griphook)

To get rid of devil's snare, you have to select the lumos spell (white circle in bottom of
right-hand corner) and then tap once or twice in the center of the circle in the middle of
the touch screen until the tip of your wand lights up. Walk in front of the devil's snare
and it will shrink back. Stay there to ensure that it doesn't come back. After a few
seconds, you can do what you needed to do. Hope this helps!

Nevermind figured it out :d just press a when lumos is selected

Just press the circle on touch screen once selected the white wand, and once ur wand is
glowing like a torch u walked up to it and it goes, you don't need to zap it :)
