you have 2 click then hold 'L' to grab the skull part then move it to the metal tray at
the bottom right then let go of 'L' =)

yeh i used to find that bit tricky i found it hard to cut th skull first even my sister
couldnt do it but if you touch the skull and press L and go to the tray but dont go
holding but make sure you do it a bit quick theres no need to go slow or anything cos the
the blue bar on the side goes down and once it hits the bottom you gotta start again and a
bit of life comes off the patient

Please can some one help me on the bit where, its part 3 (the island girl) and a guy has
collapsed on the pier and im doing a blood test and im really stuck.

im stuck on the bit where u have to reshape the wound but i don't want the other guy to do
it for be because it might make the game different and it might be better to do it myself
