Basically, take your babies rattle and shake it once or twice on her stomach until she draws her attention to it, then very slowly move the rattle to the babies left, or right and her eyes will then follow the rattle. When her eyes cant follow any more, she'll turn her head, and you'll receive a star. But be careful, if you move the rattle too fast, your baby wouldn't be able to keep up and you'll end up with a broken star.
