Unlockable - Alligators and Marlins

You can catch an alligator in the small pond up in the mountains. It sells for $700 and it's easy to catch. It is the big fish in the pond and it might take a while to see it.
You can catch them at any time but night works best. The Marlin can be caught in the ocean at the Entertainment Area (I am not sure about in the Port Area.) It sells for $650 and is also the big fish when you see it. I have only caught a few so I'm not sure about the best time to catch them. This is an easy way to make money so start fishing!

depends on if you have opened the mountain yet, if you haven't you cant get ther but the marlin can be caught at the port area too
