Um... I didn't write this at 11:10pm. I did it at 8:10pm.

To get to star level 5 go to the mountains (above the forest) and meet the ranger for that
area (tracy). She will think you are elizabeth at first, but converse with her and she
will ask you to do some dowsing (digging for gems). However you will need to pay for the
shovel. Dig 1 gem. After this, ask tracy to do more dowsing. Do the dowsing and she will
tell you how many points you got. You need to get points to buy heads and bodies from her
to build the town monument. You can choose what head and body you want, some cost more
than others. Once you have bought your head and body, go to the mayor and she will ask you
to build the town monument. The next day you should see the monument north from the
wishing well in the center of town. But you are not finished yet, then go back to tracy
and she will ask you to do some paragliding. Do that and you'll be on star level 5. Hope
