here are the answers.
First question: Did you get a message that the mission is clear, sometimes you don't get
it. Make sure you put down the right lamps. Remember You make a cool lamp with a red moon
and a cup looking/marshmallow looking thing
Second Q: If you meen the mission of the lamps; make them as I said and place them in
front of the house from DJ Candy/ behind the house from Abel
Third Q: you can make an picnic set with 2 yellow flowers and a purple spaceship.

The atom essence is from the benches
The plant essence is from the plants near your first house
The cylinder essence are from lampposts
The water ring essence is from the fountain

If your iin the city where the town hall is, go to the road on your left and go up to the
left corner, you will see a house with boxes infront of it. Then, get your extractor and
*** the boxes.

Yeah you get it from the dust bin in your inventory

he blue rings are at the fountains,the hearts at the benches,leaves at the flowers,the
blue thingy not the ring at the mayors,blue crystal looking thngy at the light posts,red
moon thing at ables store,yellow star at asleys store, yellow prezel looking thing at
phones,grey hing at a chest looking thing,alien ship at the crates at station plaza

use the extractor on any rubbish bin (trash can). there's one to the east (whole map is
diagonal so it looks like southeast on the map) of town hall.

this not the answer but eat a three berry crepe and the use the extractor till its dead

the yellow flower from buildings the marshmellowy one from lampsyou get the space ship one
from boxes and the blue diamond and red moon come from buildings as well the whistle comes
