Ginny will tell you to interrogate the townspeople. Talk to them but nobody ill know. Talk
to her again. Then talk to Vincent. He will tell you where he was in the different times
of the day. Then talk to Chef Gino and he'll say he got a big order and is too busy to
talk. fish for 10 eels and give them to him. Pm me if it doen't work.

i cant find him where did you find him when you talked to him about being inocent?

I've already done that but I still don't know what to do. Whenever I go back to Ginny she
just says

"Everyone was inncocent until proven guilty" and Vincent just says,

"Agent Freya please help me!" Or something!

I've spoken to everyone but I don't know what to do!

when you first talk to Ginny and Vincent go talk to EVERBODY in town.
The girl that works in the tailors will say that vincent came in to get a brown outfit off
of her. Now go to The Chef and he will say he needs 10 eels. Go to little lea lake in the
night time and fish there. move the lure around quickly in different directions and this
will atract an eel. You may have to fish more than one night to get all 10 eels. but keep
trying and you'll soon get there! Then when you have all 10 eels talk to Chef and he will
give you information about Vincent. And after that i havnt a clue what do to to be honest
:( And im so confused that the mayor and tobor has gone missing!!!

I don't know vinces alibi!! What shall i do after i give Gino 10 eels???

How long does it take for the clothes shop to restock? I sold it out and NEED new clothes
NOW!! HELP!

I dont have a clue what you do after you give chef 10 eels :S i think i need to talk to
Tobor and the mayor but they're gone.......and i have no idea where!!!

Oh and to upgrade your sythesis you have to make lots of things and then go to see ashley
and she will upgrade it.!

You talk to Abel and she sill ask u to move the furniture to the side of her store. IDK
what to do after

after you give chef gino 10 eels go to little lea lake and pick up the garbage as
evidence, then go help Abel, and after, he'll say something about vincent looking sneaky
and going to Open Meadow, so go to open meadow and pick up the garbage as evidence. Then,
go to katie (the tailor) and talk to her and she'll give you more evidence for vincent's
alibi. Go back to ginny with your evidence of vincent's alibi, and he'll be proven
innocent. After, you have to find who the real bell thief is, and I'm confused about
that....

So if I go to the little lea lake and pick up the garbage, then go to the open meadow and
pick up garbage and then go to Katie!

Ok. Thing is, I've seen the garbage before but it just says,

'Why is there garbage here?"

Do i take a photo of it or something?

well first i caught the eels for the cook guy then he will tell you stuff about vincent.
then go and pick up the rash in the little lea lake. then go se abel then he ask you to
move his furiture and then he will tell you stuff about vincent and then go pick up the
trash in the open medow. then go to katie then go back to the police station the you will
talk about vincents alibi wi th ginny and she will ask you to find the thief and i dont
know what to do at that part??

yeah i've gotten past proving vincent innocent, and now I have to figure out where the
bell really is and who stole it...and i have no idea

No one stole the bell. The Mayor and tobor took the bell to clean it. After you prove
vincent is innocent, sleep until the next day. then go to the petting zoo. there will be a
sign. read it. it says "gone out today to help the mayor fix the bell." Or something like
that. Then ginny will run up to you and say "(Your name)! Mayor hopkins and tobor have
come back, and they have the Bell!!!" Then it's smooth sailing from there.

Where can I find the eels u have everything else but I don't know where the eels are

The eels are at little lea lake, you have to go at night to get them...

First go to chef Gino, once u get the 10 eels talk to him again and give them to him. Next
talk to Abel and move the furniture and talk to Katie(the tailor in the east village) and
she will give u the suit design that Vincent ordered. Then go pick up the trash and talk
to Ginny and Vincent. I don't know where the trash is because I have finished it and now
am playingit over. Does anyone else know

To give the Eels to Chef Gino just make sure the are all in yout inventory and not in your
drawers at home!

I've gotten the trash, gotten evidence from Katie, moved the furniture, talked to chef
Gino and given him the eels, but evrytime I tlk 2 Ginny she says the Same thing about
innocent until proven guilty. I have done every single thing anyone has said but nothing
happens am I missing something here.

first tell everyone in the town about vincent and the bell, then go back to ginny, then
talk to vincent and go to the town hall and move the furniture next to ables store, then
go the the tailor girl and she will give you a design. and also talk to the chef, you have
to get 10 eels, i dont know how then give them to him and i dont know what to do next
cause i have to get the eels

but then were is vincent?

The bell is probobly with the MAYOR and TOBOR since they are both missing. They probobly
just have a surprise! :D

Yeah, the mayor and Tobor took the bell because something was wrong with it. Sooooo yeah.

needs ten eels so go to the fishing spot behind the yellow house in east village at NIGHT
ONLY for ten days then go bak to Gino and talk thego to little and pick up the trash then
go to the police station and click on the one that says vincents alibi and then go to the
petting zoo and read the sign do all off these steps in this order.

He will tell you soemthing about Vincent (again, it will involve either little lea lake or
open meadow I'm not sure which... just go to whichever place he tells you and get the pile
of trash that is there.) Once you have both piles of trash and the pattern from Katie, go
to Ginny (the policewoman). Select the button that says "Vincent's Alibi" and then observe

go to the towns ppl and do wat the want u 2. and tobor and the mayor r fixing the bell!

I have caught the 10 eels and i have tried to give them to chef gino but he keeps talking
and i am not able to give him them :(

GO TO LITTLE LEA LAKE AT "NIGHT" MAKE SURE YOU GET 10 EELS THEN GO BACK TO CHEF GINO AND
HE WILL TAKE THE EELS FATTY!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I am dealing with the same questions. What I have been doing is finding the 10 eels
for chef Gino. So I guess if you do that for him, then he will tell you what he thinks
about vincent's alibi. This is probably my best educated guess. Good Luck!

I talked to all of the people and picked up the trash at little lea lake but nothing
happened and ginny kept saying obey the law so then i read somewhere that you had to pick
up 2 bits of rubbish so theres one near the little lea lake and one in open meadow. I hope
i helped some ppl :)

Oh my gosh idk where is vincent mayor hopkins or tobor if u know pls tell me there are sum
