First you go to the old lady that does the kayaking thing. You have to beat the time and then she talks your ear off. After that she gives you the perplexing paw. You have to go to Dr.F and he'll build a mechanical dog. After you talk with Dr. F and that red haired guy go to the zoo. There will be an underground layer under the alligator's pen, but if you have any unfinished business to do with anyone else you can do it whenever, but when you do finish and go through all the names don't turn it off because it won't save. You'll just have to wait through all of the credits before you can keep playing the game.
