Ive tried loads of different moves to catch different fishes but none of them work for
this certain fish, I hardly have any fish anyway.

Go everywhere and randomly do stuff. give hank many fish as you can. This morning i had
like 3 or 4 fish, and i said "i should fish more" so in 3 hours i had most of the book
full. dont ask me when/where 2 find the fish, i just randomly did stuff (as i said)

You find them at night, deep sea fishing on hank's boat. The hard fishing rod works best -
use slow straight lines.

Are found in ice water, in the evening i think.
