I have now got 4 stars and stuck, i've been wondering around for hours and still only 4*, I cannot find in '?' essense to build my heliport pad. any ideas how to move on?

can anyone tell me all the lists of fishes that should be caught. and where to find it. coz im missing one and i dont when and where to catch it.
