Does anyone know how to get the perplexing paw??

I've finished the game and all but i cant find mecha dog for the second time... HELP ME!!!!

I have looked everywhere for Mecha-dog (the second time), Snow field, Kyaking ladies house, i have literally trawled the entire map and he's no where to be found, also Tim won't let me give him the last animal photo, he says "you came all the way here but i do...
