How do you get passed star level 1 and enter level 2? please answer my question!

How do I get past Level 2 on My Sims Racing?

I have gotten past the one star races but do not know how to move up to two level star races? Can someone please help me?

Ok i have done every race past every mission in sept for one you have to get a cup way up in the sky.Tell me how to get that cup. PS. you are not timed.

If you go into ol gabbys garage and you will see a paint brush in the top left corner. Klick on it and that will take you to the shop.

I got some blue prints and i took them to the garage and got them made and then it said u need to go to the shop to put them on your kart. Can some1 plz tell me where the shop is.
