All the Characters in the game and how to unlock them

You have 2 diffent scolls to choose from once you get off the title screen. Complete both of them, and just delete them and beat it again. P.S. you don't get wall papers in this game

These are all of the unlockable characters for Naruto Ninja Council 3. I divided the grid into letters A-H going down.. so A1 is Kakashi Sensei's Test, A2 is Put to the Test, B1 is Wolf Hunt, and so on. Note: Several People have wondered about the wallpapers and talking to Konohamaru to unlock things, but unfortunately those are only on the Japanese version.

there is a glitch if you go to close to the edge and just barley over it if you are by a lava or just a regular pit you wont fall... but don't go to far or you will.

After you pass (or fail) a mission, there will be a hint. Redo the stage, using that hint.

Japanese Password Translation
Talk to Konohamaru or the guy in the main town's ninja school to use the passwords. Unless you can read Japanese, you should consider the password entry menu a 4x4 square and one where you may input the following passcodes.
