Well here we are again. Ready to kick even more Ninja butt!
Personally I think this is a better game then Naruto RPG2. Mainly because
of the original storyline and the ability to play as secondary characters
without any convictions. (Ino, Shino, Tenten and Hinata).
Time to get this FAQ started!

STARTING GUIDE (STA2)
============================================================================
There are 5 options on the main screen;
Continue (you need a game first)
New Game
Erase Save (you need a game first)
Wifi Settings (default WIFI settings)
Local Multiplayer

L = Used in some menus (I think)
R = Used in some menus (I think)
A = Activate objects/confirm options/dialogue control
B = Go back/Unconfirm/(while holding) run
X = Go to the RPG menu
Y = Tells you something (I dont understand... current mission perhaps?)
Start = Go to the RPG menu
Select (When on a save point) = Save the game
When walking around, the top screen contains the statistics of your squad.
It also shows helper summons, benched substitutes and something else.
As well as your current money.
On the RPG menu the options are;
Items (Bag)
Battle Equipment (Kunai)
Battle Grid Positions (Grid)
Wifi Settings (shows your wifi code and adds friends)
Jutsu (YinYang-like Symbol)
Tags (Looks like a piece of paper)
Status (The Heart)
Party (The smiley face)

CHARACTERS AND JUTSU (CHA3)
============================================================================
To new naruto players: Each character is a
ninja who can jump high and run fast.
They can throw ninja weapons and each has their
own special jutsu (techniques).
Naruto
How to get: You start the game with them.
Info: This person is an attacker, put them up front for most damage.
His stats are average, with kage bunshin his attack increases a lot.
He gets very powerful moves later in the game, worth levelling.
Sakura
How to get: You start the game with them.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
This girl has a lot of healing jutsu.
As well as that, she can use her Inner Sakura to attack enemies
and become a bit faster and stronger.
Shikamaru
How to get: You get them before you enter your first cave dungeon.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
Shikamarus speciality is manipulating his shadow.
He can bind people using Kage Mane no Jutsu. Later in the game he will
get Kage Kushibari no Jutsu. Which has a low accuracy, but will instantly
take out that enemy.
Ino
How to get: You get them before you enter your first cave dungeon.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
Inos special ability is soul transfer, she can make the enemy attack
themselves and their friends. She also gets Shinranshin no Jutsu, which
can confuse the enemy. She also uses flowers in some attacks.
Chouji
How to get: You get them before you enter your first cave dungeon.
Info: This person is an attacker, put them up front for most damage.
This guy likes rolling up into a ball and rolling on enemies.
Later on he gets to use body enlarging moves, which make him very strong.
Kiba
How to get: Beat them up in the snowy land.
Info: This person is an attacker, put them up front for most damage.
This guy likes to spin and attack with his dog. He attacks in lines.
He is quite good in both boss and random battles.
Shino
How to get: Beat them up in the snowy land.
Info: This person is a midfielder, neither
attack nor defence has any bonuses.
This guy likes to attack people with his bugs. His specials include
life and chakra draining bugs, and also a bug helper jutsu.
Hinata
How to get: Beat up the bandaged ninja using her.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
She uses the same Byakugan skill as Neji, but her attacks are not as strong.
Rock Lee
How to get: You meet them midway through the sand mission.
Info: This person is an attacker, put them up front for most damage.
Rock Lee uses Taijutsu (close combat). His attacks are quite strong.
Neji
How to get: You meet them midway through the sand mission.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
He can use Byakugan to perform Kaiten (block incoming attacks) or
use offensive jutsu (such as the 64 hits).
Tenten
How to get: You meet them midway through the sand mission.
Info: This person is an attacker, put them up front for most damage.
She uses lots of weapons. Her special is the twin rising dragon.
Gaara
How to get: You get them after beating up the zombies in the sand village.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
He uses sand based attacks, some of them are instant kill (if they hit).
Kankuro
How to get: You get them after beating up the zombies in the sand village.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
He likes using his puppets a lot. He can make his puppet do poison damage.
He can also summon his puppets and use his Puppet Play Justu.
Temari
How to get: You get them after beating up the zombies in the sand village.
Info: This person is a defender, put them in the back for most defence.
She likes using her fan a lot. She also has a summoning jutsu.

It might take a while to find, but if you set your text to japanese,
and look on the links, eventually you will find a password style
input with different numbers for the order.

STORY/MISSION MODE (MIS4)
============================================================================
Basic Walkthru so far;
1) Complete kakashis tutorial.
2) Find Tsunade and accept a mission.
3) Leave konoha and go right.
4) When you reach the torches, press A next to them and then when
Jiraya is standing next to them ready blow into the microphone.
5) Walk around town and examine everything you can and go back to Jiraya.
6) Walk back to town and talk to Tsunade again
(The girl will leave and Shikamaru's team will become your allies).
7) Investigate the cave, Fight some bad guys
(one of them is the filler villain, save after this).
8) Go north and touch the strange artifact with Naruto.
Beat Zabuza and Haku.
9) Go and talk to Tsunade again (You get her slug summon).
10) Beat up the bandaged guy in the snow land.
11) Touch the strange artifact and beat Shukaku Gaara.
12) Travel to the sand village and talk to the old man behind
the broken statue.
13) Touch 3 magical symbols to unlock a gate.
14) Touch the strange artifact and fight Itachi and Kisame.
15) Go back to town and fight the zombies.
16) Using the yellow frog, cross the water to the West of konoha
(next to the purple teleport scrolls).
17) Enter the volcano in two groups and help each other reach the end.
18) Beat the Water Dragon guy
(note, space your characters out otherwise he'll use
his group special on you).
19) Go to konoha (notice the fog) & talk to tsunade
(on the roof of the academy).
20) Go to the beat up town, where jiraya took you.
21) Enter the cave and pick up the 4 colored circles
to pass through the gate.
Note: Use the orange frog to get up the steep sand incline
22) When you see numbers, naruto has to use kage bunshin to weigh the
floor down.
23) The final boss fights; The Fire Tiger dude, The Black Eyes dude
and then the Black Eyes dude & monster.
24) Talk to tsunade to get an ANBU member (you name them).
25) Congrats that is all of story mode (i think)

DOJO MODE (DOJ5)

And in the dojo there are different enemies to fight in different modes;

In this mode you have to fight specific enemies
using whatever team you like.

In this mode you have to fight specific waves of
enemies using whatever team you like.

BOSS HELP (BOS6)
============================================================================
Jyakou (bandadged guy with scroll)
This guy is quite annoying. The worst part about him is that
stupid Fire Jutsu that he likes to spam.
Try to keep your characters far apart, so his attack
can only work on one person.
Rokkaku (the guy with the ponytail)
Like the above, this guy uses a multi hitting jutsu,
so try and stay back. He uses water moves a lot.
(So why is he fighting in a volcano later on? stupid filler villains)
Genshou (white haired with black eyes)
This guy uses a lot of soul related jutsu.
He is quite a strong opponent, and not worth underestimating.
Genshou Beast (white haired with black eyes on top of a
giant millipede monster with two mouths)
Before you fight this boss, I suggest getting to level 65-75.
He is extremely strong and annoying.
I hate this boss. Anyway, basically, it can use quite a few moves;
Absorb - Steals your health and chakra
Confusion Gas - Basically, gives random characters
random statistic problems. Confusion, poison... the lot.
Soul Attack - Attacks in a checkerboard pattern, hurts a lot
Cutscene Attack - Same as above... only pray to your life that you survive.
Once you beat him, you should be treated to the credits.

WIFI MODE (WIFC)

First it asks you;
Would you like to connect to the WiFi system?
Yes
No
Then the first menu is this;
Fight a friend
Fight a random person
You can then choose different level settings;
Level 60 Fixed
No Level Limit
You can use any character you have in your party.
