This is how you can get the bonus characters for Naruto Shuppuden: Ninja Destiny. I was Just going to leave this blank, but the site made me write something in it.

Unlockable:	How
Deidara	Successfully complete Sidequest 2.
Four Tails	Successfully complete all 30 floors in Exploration mode with all 10 characters on the Normal difficulty
Kisame	Successfully complete Sidequest 1.
The Three Sannin	Win 15 battles in Survival mode.
Kabuto	Win 15 battles in Survival mode.
Non-Shippuden Characters	Win 15 battles in Survival mode on the Difficult setting.
One Tailed Naruto	Successfully complete Story mode on the Difficult setting.
Sasuke	Successfully complete Story mode.
