New Super Mario Bros. Hints

Okay, Mario should be runnig kind of fast. then you must press y and a at the same time. Try it more than one time so it can become posible. You will need a lot of space. Try it on world one - one ,which is the first level on the game.

The mushroom houses at the start of each world (the point with an arrow at the start) differ determining on the time you get on a stage.

If you get x11, x22, x33 on the timer, a Red Mushroom house appears, which generates items.
If you get x44, x55, x66 on the timer, a Green Mushroom house appears, which is a 1up minigame.
If you get x77, x88, x99 on the timer, a Orange Mushroom house appears, which lets you gain a Mega Mushroom into your inventory, thus overriding anything in it.

When loading a profile hold left and right triggers[located on back of DS.]if you have done this right you will here luigi say his name.

5th Background Pattern Beat and Get all the star coins for the first 5 levels.
Special BG Patterns Beat the game once.
Unlimited Toad-House Items Clear Every Level, including lettered bonus levels.

Go to W2-4 or W2-5 ( I forget which one ) and at the end you should see a koopa on the staircase to the flag, then when he comes down, jump on him and then VERY QUICKLY jump on him again. And again. And again, and then just keep jumping on him until the 1-ups start showing at the top, then keep repeating until you have 99 lives.

At the mario v.s. luigi level with a lot of pipes, if your opponent gets a mega mushroom, when he comes towards you and just go down that pipe that takes you to the beginning and end of the level

First get a mini mushroom to put in the bottom half of your screen thge touch screen where you keep spare mushrooms and stuff.dont use your mini mushroom yet.... from the checkpoint at world6-1 you go through the grey bit like normal then kick off the wall like normal to get onto the raised bit then you go through the grey bit with the three flying turtles like normal then you will see a thing where it shoots bullets. dont go down like usual jump on a bullet and land on the platform ontop of the thing shooting bullets then hold down Y (it makes you go faster) whilst pressing forward and whilst still holding it down jump and you will land on the next platform. this is where the mini mushroom comes in. go forward abit and you will see a mini pipe press your mini mushroom and make yourself mini mario.then go down the pipe(you do that by standing in the slot next to the pipe and pressing the right key on the cross to the left of your ds) and you will find lots of coins bonus's and other stuff. when you come out you will find yourself on the same platform run to the edge of it then jump off the end and you will find yourself next to the finish flagpole.....definitley works cuz i discovered it lol

Get to the end of the bowser's palace as fire mario
then throw fire balls to bowser jr. and then throw them to mega bowser
the mega bowser will die

and u won the game without waiting for it to jump

In castle #6 find a Koopa and u must got fire mario to throw fire balls. throw a fire ball on a Koopa and he falls on lava. that is a Double Kill.
