The battle with Ahkmenrah brother


What do I do to get the second tower to go up I tried using the flashlight but it does not work, the first tower I used the gear ingots and that worked but now I am on the second tower I try everything and keep getting struck by the brother, please help.

ALSO ON THE BUGS GO FROM THE BACK DO 2 BUGS AND WHATEVER HOW MANY BUG THERE IS
AND MOVE YOUR WII REMOTE ARROW UP AND SHINE LIGHT ON THE BUGS SO THAT WAY
THEY MOVE . GOOD LUCK
