Get your pup to roll on its back, then tell it to spin. It will do a spinny thing.

First go on a walk with a dog and go to the things. you might get a collar if your lucky. to increase the chance of getting a rare item like this, use the clover clock as yur clock. once you get the luck collar, put in on a dog while clover clock is used and take that dog on a walk and youll find cool stuff like wierd alien, mario kart and combat copter

If you want to be succesful in nintendogs follow these steps.....
HOME
.1)Keep saying your pets name even after your done with naming it, it will help the dog be more obiedient and loyal.
.2)Do not hit your dog,that gets it mad, and as your game gets older you will be sorry that you did that.
.3)*for users with MARIO KART!!!!* If you have a mario cart be extra carfull not to crash into your pets...again you wouldn't want to make him and/or her mad!
OUTSIDE
.1) Try your hardest to give your pup 2 walks a day!!!(*MORE IF POSSIBLE*) I know nintendogs says only one walk but this will benefit your wealth, your dog, and trainer points.
.2) When your dog is able try taking him to a park with dogs in it (*will have dog icon on the park icon if there is*) this will help him and/or her make friends, social skills, and you will find it will even be friendly to you.
.3) THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!! DO NOT MAKE YOUR DOG RUN!!! ONLY JERK ITS LEASH WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO GET HIM and/or HER OUT OF THE GARBAGE!!!
TRAINING
.1) I suggest you train your dog for competitions in this order ***AGILITY AND OBIEDIENCE THEN DISC COMPETITIONS***
.2) This is a little trick to help your rep and wealth on nintendogs...BEFORE YOU GO TO A COMPETITOPM SAVE YOUR GAME!!! If you get a bad score fault ect. TUREN OFF THE SYSTEM AND TRY AGAIN!!! this will give you better trophies more money and more

Both ways to get the dalmation and how to save in the park. For the Dalmation; if you get a Fireman's Hat on your walk you will get them automaticlly.

When your on a walk and you pick up the nintendogs theme song on a record,(if you did) go to the park so there are three dogs at the park.Play the nintendog theme with the dogs or your own three dogs and they will get themselves ready for the "chorus"and your dogs will bark along with the music and put an a concert for you!!!If you want them to look elegant then put red bow ties on each of YOUR DOGS!It's a wild scene I swear!

The meanest dogs you can find in a walk are Puffy and Sammy. Whenever I try to make my dogs get close to either of them,

they both start running after each other. Bear, Eclair, Rusty, Fathom, and Spot are all good dogs. WARNING: Their

behavior may change to some of the dogs.

While u r brushing ur dog, leave the brush on the middle of ur dog. When a minute passes, so does ur Trainer Points!

P.S.:It's 1 minute, 1 trainer point!

Get out a brush Wire brush or Rubber brush(Depending on your dog's coat) and leave the brush on the dog overnight(10 hours)Then in the morning you will have around 900
Trainer Points.

The best dog for the disc contest is the Shiba Inu, but if your not at 30,000 tp's you have a lot of work to do.
Why is the Shiba Inu the best dog for this contest?
Because one u got it traed it well run so fast that you have to though the disc to the 10 point mark and for sure it will get you 50 points in 1 min! It work for me

sometimes when you leave your dog alone and suddenly put the camera in it's face, it will start to sniff. Hit the lightbulb until your dog learns the move.

To teach your dog to sneeze, touch it's nose on the touch pad and hit the lightbulb. Say "sneeze" until learned.

4 disc contests, use little dogs. 4 agility trials, use big dogs. They r better at a different thing depending on their size (obedience trials don't have any special choices, just use your smartest dog)

If you want a useful gift instead of things like stick, dog photo, etc. While your dog is getting it, press the B button as many times.

when u need money go to the park and press every button and then u will get 2,000 dollars and u can do it every time until u r so rich that you can buy every thing in nintendog game have fun

guess what if you pet and stroke your nintendog so
much a gold bone appears put it at your dogs mouth
and it will eat it!

There are lots of rare things on nintendogs and u hav 2 hav lots of trainer points 2 get most of them. here is a list of the rare things (this is not the order though):

Yorkie - 2000 trainer points
Shiba Inu - 4000 trainer points
Desktop Interior - 6000 traianer points
Cavalier K.C Spaniel - 8000 trainer points
Pembroke Welsh Corgi - 10,00 trainer points
Seaside Interior - 12,000 Trainer points
Sheltie (Shetland Sheepdog) - 14,000

If you'd like to talk to the person you are experiencing Bark Mode with, then use the white record! First, put the needle on your white record. Next, press record. Then, say what you want to say to the person. Finally, take the needle off the record and stop recording. You'll be starting a good conversation in no time!

Well, you go to the kennel make sure you have enough room to buy a puppy and then select buy. you have to have enough money though! if you want them 2 breed, well, i have never tried it,you get a girl and boy put them in your house and the rest in the hotel,only feed them milk and dry food. it takes agggesss ive heard.

When you're one on one with one of your dogs, listen for a siren. Your dog will howl and you can press the trainer icon and it will learn howl.

This isnt any intense secret or anything, but its an interesting concept:
I used my sisters DS as well as mine.
I used hers and went for many walks using the park save cheat and tried to get as many expensive items.
Then I did bark mode, and got her dog to bring me all of the expensive gifts it found by doing bark mode repeatedly (you can only bring one item at a time)
then i sold those items at the second hand store and got money for them.
like i said, this is nothing top secret but its great if you have 2 DS's and 2 nintendogs in your family.

You can restart your game by pressing and holding A+B+Y+X+R+L at the Nintendo screen.

To teach your dog to backflip, find the 'Flower Waltz' record and play it to your dogs. the dogs will 'dance' and at the very end, they do a backflip. When this moment comes around, go to the main screen and click on your dog's picture. A lightbulb will appear in the top right hand corner. Click this to teach it backflip =D

OR, tell your dog to sit, then say 'jump' (but the record method is easier, I can't seem to get this one to work, though it much do because the guy with 'Angel' tells you it does XD)

If you get a record called "Colonel Bogey" play it and you dogs will run in circles. If you make the music go slow your dogs will walk slow in circles. If you play it fast they run in circles fast. Sometimes they will do back flips in the air. Its so cool!

teach your dog to sit and jump. while it is sitting, tell it to jump. your dog should do a back flip.

I discovered that if you go to the discount shops (on walks) every time you take your dog out, there will be new stuff! (That means pull rope, jumprope, talking bird, keyboard, jerky treats, and biscuits!!! There's probably more though!) Mew!!! Thanks for your time once again kittens!
