Okay, people ask other people, everyday . _. , about special or rare items. Well, here is what i need to say.

You need luck, for getting rare items, like, jack russel book, or shiba inu collar, or even promise ring. Luck, is all you need for this.

There is no spots in the walk rout where they could be found. They could be scattered anywhere that you don't walk in. Rare stuff aren't usally found for years or months. I have had nintendogs for 1 year, and haven't got any rare stuff.

Yes, they sometimes do luck, sometimes they don't. I don't get much luck, so for me, those items don't bring luck.
