Glitch:

Go for a walk with your dog. Take it through lots of question marks and straight to the park and straight home from there. At the park change/remove your dogs accessory. It will say saving don't turn of the power. When it is saved turn it off. Go back on and do this over again repeatidly. You will keep all the items and not have to wait half an hour for another walk.

100% Chance of Winning a Contest:

1) Before you enter a contest save your game.
2) Win 1st place in the contest, if you didn't win 1st place turn off the game and reload from you save point.
That way you can enter as many times as you want until you win, of couse you can only win three times. I advise you to win 1st place because it helps a lot. Also If you gone to the frisbee championships and the top player (other than you) points is 50, turn off the game and reload because there is no way to surpass it.

If you friend has a different version of nintendogs or a dog you want, you can get them now ,all you do is both go on "go out" then on "bark mode" and get you friend to do the same (make sure you quite close) and if you friend uses the dog you want when u come off it will say the kennel has brought in that dog, you can then buy it!

When you take your dog for a walk, sometimes left on the pathway there is either dog muck, which if your puppy eats then it will get sick so drag it away by the lead, or there is a present, make sure your puppy doesn’t walk past the present. If your lucky enough to slow your puppy down, then click on the present with your stylus and you will have something added to your supplies.

You must have a lion's mane and a labrador or daschund(weenie dog).The dog you choose must have a yellowish/lite-brownish coat to resemble a lion's.As soon as you get the right dog put the lion's mane on him/her.Your dog will now look like a lion.Don't forget to name it something special.

If you are going to drop off a dog at the hotel or donate one you can see its expression of what you are doing! If you click on a dog that you are going to give up you will be asked if you are sure, but before you do look up at the happy little puppy then click yes and watch it turn to sad.

Secret - Feeding time:

What? Your Nintendog doesn't have a feeding time?! Well, it should!!
If your Nintendog has a certain time when it should be fed, it makes it a LOT more fun to play with. Just do the following the get the best relationship from your greedy Nintendog!
NEVER feed it when it is full because it won't it anyway.
NEVER feed it when it is "normal" because it is fine as it is and will feel lazy and tired if you feed it.
ALWAYS feed your Nintendog if he/she is hungry or famished otherwise they may starve or think they are being neglected and run away.
**These rules also apply to drinking time too! (E.g. NEVER give them a drink if they are quenched or normal)***

Unlimited trainer points:

Buy a shampoo for your dog from the shop then take it home and use it. It will ask you what dog to use, choose your dog then leave the screen with a sponge on a dog over night or through the day this will count as time spent with your puppy and your trainer points will shoot up.

It’s easier 2 wear a lucky collar and do a competition because they do the things u want them to do and don’t make mistakes that much. 89% instead of 50% of doing what you want them 2 do.

before entering a contest,save and if you dont get aplace or the place you wanted e.g first then turn off your d.s and try again it works like magic!!!warning do not turn off d.s after you have acheived or completed something important or you will lose that data.

Àlying puppies:

When you get a pull rope dangle it in front of the dog when it grabs on, slide up with the stylus without letting go the still with out letting go the dog should dangle on the rope, spin the rope around as fast as you can and the dog should fly into the distance, this works anywhere.

Hidden Scrub!:

when you wash your dog once its washed all over and the hose doesn’t beep wash the tail and the tail bone(the end of the spine)and it will beep or if not rims your dog all the way anyway and it will sparkle the same as always!!

How to get a Dalmation:

To get a Dalmation you have to wait until you hear the fire truck siren then go on a walk and first thing a mystery present comes up and get it and you will have the fireman’s hat.
PS: it took me a few tries to get the Dalmation.

Get Jack Russell terrier:

To get a Jack Russell terrier put your clover clock on, put your lucky collar on one of your oldest dogs. Take it on a walk and go to all the marks. You then should find a item called a jack Russell book. They are for £725.

Turn back time:

To turn back time you can go to the main system of your ds and change the date two days back. And then set your clock to 23:59 then go into your game as fast as you can and go. then wait one 60 seconds then you can play more contests and teach your dog new trix.
