interesting fact This isnt any intense secret or anything, but its an interesting concept: I used my sisters DS as well as mine. I used hers and went for many walks using the park save cheat and tried to get as many expensive items. Then I did bark mode, and got her dog to bring me all of the expensive gifts it found by doing bark mode repeatedly (you can only bring one item at a time) then i sold those items at the second hand store and got money for them. like i said, this is nothing top secret but its great if you have 2 DS's and 2 nintendogs in your family. Win Championship Disc Competition every time! Maybe not exactly a cheat, but remembering this helped me to win every time I entered the Championship in Disc. Here's how you do it: When you first start a game, you may have noticed that your first dog is always your best. If you can, buy a Husky or other medium to large sized breed. Preferably one that is fast. Huskies and Shetland Sheepdogs are your best bet. As soon as you can, take your dog for a walk to the park, but make sure you've bought a disc to practice with. Practice for as long as possible (until your dog no longer wants to play). Keep going to the park and practicing as much as possible. When practicing, throw the disc a small way at first and teach your dog to catch and bring the disc back to you. When your dog can bring the disc back by itself, teach it to catch the disc at a longer and longer distance. Every time he brings the disc back to you, pet him till he sparkles. You will get better at throwing the disc as well. Eventually, you will be throwing the disc to the other end of the park and your dog will be catching it midair. You can tell your dog is at it's peak when it can catch the disc midair on your longest throw, and runs flat out with his ears almost back. Enter your dog in beginner. Every time he brings it back to you, pet him till he sparkles. Just keep this one light, no 10 pointers so that you have time to pet your dog. Try and keep to 6 point throws. Once you reach Expert, start throwing the disc far enough to get 10 pointers. Never let up practicing with your dog in the park. Once you reach Master, you will notice things get noticeably harder. You will have to be throwing 10 pointers, and forget all that about petting your dog ;; it only takes up too much time in Expert up. Once you beat Master, you will be in the Championship. In this one, your dog will need to be at his best form. You get 60 seconds to beat the other dogs, and they may have around 48 - 58 points for their scores. By now you should be good enough... As soon as you can start your competition, grab the disc and throw it as far and as best you can. Your dog will catch it and bring it back to you. When he reaches you, take the disc as soon as possibler and throw it again. Your dog will take off after it. Make sure that every throw you make earns you 10 points. If you earn less than that, you're stuffed and won't even place. Do your best, keep your dog in practice, and learn to work with your dog to get 10 points every throw. WARNING: You only earn $600 for first prize in the Disc Championship. It doesn't earn you much, but this competition is by far the hardest in my opinion. You get a real challenge trying to win the Championship for Disc. The dog I used was my first ever dog since I first got my DS. He was a light grey Husky called Vixen. Unfitting name, but a fitting dog. He excelled at Agility and Disc, always scoring the highest. His best time in the Agility Championship was 34 seconds flat and in Disc his best score was 60 points in the 60 seconds he had. That means he caught one 10 point throw every ten seconds. Pretty unbeatable if you ask me. Every Huskt I've had since Vixen has excelled at Agility, but only another female named Lorelei ever came close to equaling him in the Disc arena.
