To get dogs all you need to do is select the go out button then select the shopping button then select the kennel button {it should be in the middle of the sreen} the last thing to do is press the buy button and find your dream puppy! you will automatically take your puppy home when you buy it unless you have 3 dogs at if you do you will need to put one in the dog hotel before you buy a new dog.

no you cannot have puppys (when you try and breed dogs) =]
