how do you get the jack russell book

i got the RC helicopter n i only had 1400 points back then so i dont think u need a
certain amout i guess u just need luck cuz my friend got the mario cart thing when she had
her dogs lucky collar on and her clover clock on.

hahaha i have 2 jack russell books, 3 rc copters, 2 combat copters, and 1 of each cart.
just walk around :P

try and walk your dog as much as possible while wearing the lucky collar.if you don't
have
a lucky collar,you can collect it on walks.anyways,if you have max of stamina try to get
all
of the ? boxes that are blue.i have the rc helicopter and bowser cart.i used to have a
combat copter but i gave it to a friend

what th heck is a combat copter?!?!?!
