Just go on a walk and eventually you will find it.

go on walks and it will pop up somewhere

go through all the ? you can then go into the park. switch a collar after it says "saving
dont turn the power off" when its done saving turn the ds off then when you turn it back
on that dog u walked can walk again. so u dont have to wait a long time. this can be done
over again. hoped i helped

If you want the lucky collar take your oldest dog on a walk. Go over all the ?. Then go
straight to the park. When you reach the park change your dog's collar because it
autosaves. Now turn off your ds and you should have all the items from the walk. You can
walk again because you didn't walk the rest of the way home on the last one.

go to ?'s that are as far away from home as possible.then you will have a much better
chance of getting one.
